Leaks are unintentional escapes of compressed air that cost tens of thousands of euros every year.

A leakage of just 1 mm in diameter leads to annual costs of over €1,000!

Leak detection is the perfect complement to our AnalyzAir®. Using a special ultrasonic locator, leakage points are localized and documented in accordance with standards. The documentation can be used for ISO 50001. Leakage points can be rectified directly on request. You will receive the results as a PDF document afterwards. Leak detection and repair is independent of our AnalyzAir®.

Leakage costs per year

The higher the pressure level in a compressed air system, the more cost-intensive leakage losses are. The following table illustrates the costs depending on the pressure level and leakage size (diameter).
