The AnalyzAir® is our software for efficient compressed air and leakage management. The AnalyzAir® has a modular structure and can be expanded individually. A live dashboard visualizes the data in real time. Our reporting regularly provides an overview of the status quo. Real-time alerting enables rapid intervention in the event of production-critical conditions. The AnalyzAir® can be integrated into all common energy management systems (EnMS).

Reporting provides a transparent overview of developments, trends and KPIs. You receive an automated report at weekly, monthly or quarterly intervals. Your contact person analyses the data and makes appropriate recommendations for action if required.

Real-time alarms

Production-critical conditions must be recognized immediately. At the same time, a sensible alarm management is necessary to prevent a flood of alerts. With real-time alerting, you receive a text message up to 10 minutes before an impending system failure.

STATE GRANT

Companies based in Germany have the opportunity to receive a subsidy from the state for the AnalyzAir®. Depending on the size of your company, you will receive a subsidy of 25 to 45%. WRS offers the service of submitting the BAFA application for you. The AnalyzAir is listed as software in Module 3.

Architecture AnalyzAir®

The AnalyzAir® is compatible with all common energy management systems (EnMS) via MQTT, API interfaces or email import. If stable measurement data transmission is not yet available, the LogAir box can be installed quickly and easily. The sensor data is transferred to the cloud via NB IoT. The LogAir-Box can supplement existing data acquisition systems at decentralized measuring points. Recording the pressure level at a specific point is suitable for this. The AnalyzAir® can also be supplied 100% with data from an existing EnMS.

    The AnalyzAir® can usually be put into operation by our specialist fitters in 2-3 weeks.
    You can purchase the AnalyzAir® with an annual license. A 3-year license is usually chosen. We will be happy to provide you with a personal offer that meets your requirements.
    A 230V power connection should be available on site. If it is not yet possible to record sensor data, the LogAir-Box is used. Alternatively, the AnalyzAir® can be connected to existing systems.
